Catering equipment supplier Exclusive Ranges has appointed Natalie Courbet as its new commercial manager.

With knowledge in business development, in customer service and in CRM systems management, Courbet's role is to help enhance the customer journey, from contact through to after-sales service.

As well as looking after Exclusive Ranges' customers, Courbet will be a point of contact for the brands that the company represents in the UK, including Menu System, Rosinox and Vianen.

Coubert joins the firm from the commercial kitchens installer Advance Group where she was business development manager. Prior to that, she worked in sales at Revalize, in their catering equipment division.

Courbet said: "This is an exciting time to become a member of the Exclusive Ranges team as it has grown the brands it represents exponentially and the quality of the equipment those brands promote is impressive.

Trevor Burke, managing director at Exclusive Ranges, said: "We're delighted to have Natalie on board to support our customers and our brand portfolio. Her experience in working with dealers and operators will serve to enhance what we can offer and will be invaluable to our team as we continue to grow our reach into new industry sectors."

The news comes as Exclusive Ranges appointed Mark Cooke as regional sales manager at the start of the year, and last month, it appointed Paul Crumpler as its national account manager.
