Simon Rogan and Rational launch culinary webinars

Manufacturer and retailer of commercial kitchen equipment Rational has launched free culinary webinars with chef Simon Rogan.

Avaiable on its video online platform, Rational TV, the videos are tailored for existing users of Rational cooking steamers.

During the webinars aspiring chefs and industry professionals will gain an insight into how Rogan, owner of three-Michelin star fine dining restaurant L'Enclume in Cumbria and founder of Umbel restaurant group, uses Rational equipment to create his dishes as well as his culinary philosophy and techniques. In addition, participants will learn about appliances' settings, and how they can enhance culinary processes.

For the first two videos, Rogan showcases iVario Pro advanced bratt pan and the iCombi Pro combi-steamer.

Adam Knights, marketing director at Rational UK said: "We are delighted to collaborate with Simon Rogan in bringing his expertise to a global audience through Rational TV.

Simon's journey exemplifies the adaptive potential of Rational cooking systems in elevating culinary creations to unprecedented heights – an undeniable recipe for success."
