US sandwich chain Which Wich plans to open 30 UK sites

A US-based grab-and-go sandwich chain is planning to expand its UK presence with the aim of opening 30 sites over the next three years.

Which Wich Superior Sandwiches has one established UK site in London's Soho, which it opened in 2018. It added a virtual kitchen in London's Shoreditch in 2020.

The chain specialises in hot customisable "Wiches", either for sit in or take-away, but also offers breakfast muffins and pots, salads, milkshakes, and baked goods.

Which Wich UK master franchisee Rami Awada said: "We've perfected our craft to bring Which Wich into the UK market and to set up the support system to enable a national UK roll-out. Guests love us for our foodie vibes and franchisees love us for world class training and support."

Awada said the business is looking to franchise the brand in "key towns and cities across the region".

He added: "We would love to speak to experienced F&B operators from within and outside of the franchise industry. If you've been dreaming of starting your own business, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

"We give you full training and support – we want franchisees that add to our good vibes, positive energy, and solid work ethic."
