Adam Rawson leaves head chef role at Pachamama
Adam Rawson has left his position as head chef of British-Peruvian London Marylebone restaurant Pachamama.
Rawson, who won the Young British Foodies 2015 Chef of the Year award, and helped Pachamama win informal burger contest the Slider Decider in June, is now consulting for burger and bourbon bar Lucky Chip's new venture, and US-style London diner and cocktail bar Dirty Bones.
He has also said that he would like to open his own restaurant this year, taking a different direction to his previous British-Peruvian style.
Rawson's career has included time spent with Gordon Ramsay, Claude Bosi, Bjorn van der Horst, and Nuno Mendes at the latter's former site Viajante, and he also has experience in Japanese and Indian cuisines.
The 120-seat Pachamama opened in London's Thayer Street in October 2014, and became best known for its salmon, beetroot and tiger's milk dish.
