Former Caterer Adopted Business duo Lucy Townsend and Andy Clark, from the Peat Spade Inn in Longstock, have opened their second pub-restaurant with rooms after extensively refurbishing a fire-damaged site. It has three dining areas - a saloon, a main dining room and an 18-seat private dining room.
