Arbutus team unveil name of new restaurant

Will Smith and Anthony Demetre, owners of the multi-award-winning restaurant Arbutus in London's Soho have unveiled the name of their second restaurant, Wild Honey.

Asked where the name had come from, Demetre said: "I came up with it initially, but it was a joint decision. I know it's a bit off the wall, but I think it says informality, which is what we're about. I love it."

Wild Honey will share the same philosophy as its sister restaurant, Arbutus, one of Caterer's Adopted Businesses, serving great food and wine in informal surroundings at affordable prices.

The 70-seat restaurant, situated on the site of the former Drones Club in St George Street, will open late May or early June.
