Lighting systems from Laserpod

High-powered laser installations or cutting-edge lighting systems can be hugely expensive for bars and restaurants, and have to be permanent. But if you're looking for a portable system that can be repositioned to create certain moods or transform specific spaces, light artist Chris Levine, known for his work with band Massive Attack and famous for his hologram of the Queen, has invented the Laserpod. This small light uses three electronic lasers and three blue and purple LEDs to give an instant Ian Schrager-esque effect in almost any space. Bring surrounding lights right down and the Laserpod creates a meditative and subtle atmosphere, or take the diffusers off the unit and watch its light forms project across entire rooms.
Price: £25 per unit (minimum order 12)
