Ice-cream company Brickell's is founded by the family that owns Westcombe Dairy. Its ice-cream is made using milk from its own herd of Holstein Friesian cows, and available in flavours such as salted caramel, roasted strawberries, rhubarb crumble and cinnamon toast. The ice-cream is available nationwide, sent using a delivery service that uses recycled denim as sustainable insulation.
