Following its success in the retail market, Loyd Grossman's premium ready-to-use cooking sauces have been launched into the food service market and include 10 recipes made using authentic ingredients. Flavours include Tomato & Basil, Sweet Red Pepper, Roasted Garlic, Balti, Korma, Rogan Josh, Tikka Masala, Red Thai, and Green Thai.
The long-life ambient sauces contain no added starches, MSG, artificial colours or flavours and are all suitable for vegetarians. The sauces come in easy-to-handle resealable 2kg bottles with a yield of 20-22 portions and a shelf life of nine months. Premier Foods has also created 100g single-serve cooking sauce pouches for lighter usage and effective portion control.
