GLL is seeking an experienced, creative, professional catering operator to deliver a commercially successful catering experience in Manchester, at the National Cycling Centre, Manchester Aquatics Centre, Hough End Leisure Centre and The National Speedway Stadium.

These venues provide first-class facilities for a broad range of markets, from Manchester residents taking part in leisure and recreational activities, athletes and competitors in training, to event audiences attending local, national, and international standard events. This exciting opportunity demands a strong emphasis on customer experience, innovative product options and the flexibility and ability to meet the needs of such a broad range of audiences. Catering facilities include:

  • National Cycling Centre – Café and Coffee shop with seating area
  • National Speedway Centre – Bar and function room with 400-capacity, theatre style
  • Manchester Aquatics Centre – Café and seating area
  • Hough End Leisure Centre – Café with seating area
