Tom Kerridge to headline NRB Debate 2020

Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge has been announced as the headline speaker for the Northern Restaurant & Bar 2020 (NRB) show debate on 17 March 2020.

The chef will talk about how he has delivered critical acclaim and commercial success while evolving his business, as well as the extent of his northern ambitions.

Kerridge's current operations include the two-Michelin-starred Hand & Flowers, the one-Michelin-starred Coach, and the Butcher's Tap, all in Marlow, as well as Kerridge's Bar & Grill at the Corinthia hotel, London.

The chef also organises Pub in the Park, one of the biggest food and music festival tours in the UK, and recently opened his first Manchester restaurant, the Bull & Bear at the Stock Exchange hotel, as well as a catering collaboration with Manchester United football club.

The NRB Debate host Thom Hetherington will explore how Tom Kerridge has achieved his success to date, what values and philosophies still drive him, what structure and systems allows his business to thrive and why Manchester is the right place for him to further his ambitions.
